Exploring The Metropolis Composers' Residency
Rima was the recent recipient of an Exploring the Metropolis composers' residency, hosted by the Brooklyn Youth Chorus Academy, in which she began composing a song cycle of choral pieces based on children's rhymes, games, and chants. She presented a public concert, highlighting the folk influences in her composition, in June 2014.
